Last night a message was delivered loud and strong. The people of Kansas (not a bastion of liberalism) delivered that message.
The arrogance and hubris of the ultra conservative justices of the SC and the radical right of the Rethuglican Party made a huge mistake when they overplayed their hand when it comes to women's reproductive rights. They not only went too far they decided to do this prior to the 2022 mid-term elections.
Last night we saw record voter turnout in Kansas and they voted overwhelmingly to retain freedom of reproductive rights and not hand the keys to the extreme right wing radicals in their legislature. This is a bellwether of what's coming in November!
Don't piss off Mother Nature or she will rise up and smite thee.
