Es ist katzenjammer auf deutsch, meow. Katzen jammer means 'cat's misery' and is the german term. Me OW.
In college I had a few katzenjammeren, would put me high on your options more than 3 per year (OK, about a dozen per year, quite the lush I was, not now). Not counting them I would be 1-3, so I put down 1-3 urban, can undo depending on your ruling. Washington DC. Me OW. Cheers.
