6. Everyone including average citizens far from DC knew trouble was brewing on 1/6.

No one in DC or at the Capitol - especially those responsible for security - should have been surprised or caught flat-footed by the events of that day. If anything, we had a failure of leadership and our security protocols during that day. There were no intelligence failures as millions upon millions were expecting something awful that day.
