and the OP would righteously rage about why and how no one could appreciate their genius.

These days, that entertaining drama is pre-empted with simplistic petulance little more than "this is my opinion. Pretend you know what the two words are I'm thinking of if you dislike it..."

Today's sanctimony just doesn't hold the same flame-worthy burnouts as they used to. More's the pity when I'm bored at lunch.
