Last year, a poster suggested rosacea. Could be that. Could be a reaction to whatever drugs he takes. Whatever. His skin is in terrible shape and you're right--neither the makeup nor the sun lamps work.

Of course, the other theory? It's his corrupt soul bubbling through the pores.
