33. What part of the Cold War are you speculating that he was involved with?

You think he was blackmailing powerful people not just to enrich himself, but at the direction of the US ... or perhaps a US ally's ... government?

And that's why he was protected, at least for a long time?

It's not terribly difficult to speculate along those lines I must admit ... but he was still unquestionably a sick pervert as well, even if the other part were true.
