It's fascist enough for unmarked camo thugs to kidnap people in unmarked vans for alleged graffiti of Federal statues or buildings, but at least feds have jurisdiction for that.

Donnie has no jurisdiction for either fireworks or shootings not on federal property. There's no federal crime here.
