In reply to the discussion: The Covid numbers today are jaw dropping [View all]when we were at our COVID height, the numbers as they relate to days were so screwed up you just couldn't go day by day and get any meaningful information. You could never say, "Today was a very bad day," because either the day before had very few cases because they were being reported on different days, or some large facility (a prison) was reported over the space of two days and made this big bulge of cases on those days.
One thing they've got to do once this is over is get some kind of protocol on how to report. Or maybe the problem is you just can't get an accurate picture when going day to day. In which case they should stop doing it.
