Ticket, show up in court - or waive your right to challenge and pay the fine + court costs. If you have too many tickets, you lose the right to waive the court hearing.
Not like we haven't used tickets to enforce misdemeanor offenses before.

NJ has mandatory masks if you want to go into any place of business. It's working out well.
