I call those "real" self-serving, divisive, prejudiced kinds McPatriots and they are also often McChristians, i.e., they are really neither, essentially but have been getting away with using both terms as a smoke screen for being Mammon worshiping traitors for the most part. Hey, it works.

In a superficial world it's rather easy to put a nice cover on a really bad book.
