Hitting the bong.

Staying home.

Working to the point of physical exhaustion on home projects.

Crying about 3 times a day.

One big panic attack. several smaller ones.

To calm down, I think of what people throughout history have gone through, and tell myself that I can handle this.

Telephone appointment with a long time doc today. His words (we've known each other a long time): keep your fucking head down, eat well, drink a lot of water, don't go near ANYONE, follow the science and don't listen to anything else.
