The moron in the WH is trumpeting the $2T he just set on fire to support his tin-pot General impersonation.
That's more than half of the projected tax revenues for 2020 ($3.643T, according to the OMB).
Clearly this absurd plundering of our Treasury will have be added to the growing deficit, which will result in higher interest costs, particularly if interest rates start to rise with the decreased money supply.
It's a given that republicans ALWAYS crash the economy - they've been doing it for decades. This time, the republicans are led by a witless idiot who's entire life has been a financial shell game - surrounded by the dumbest economic advisers perhaps in the country's history. What can go wrong?
