And that means financially. Its unfortunate. A college degree is not for everyone. The US needs to develop technical training for those who are only interested in earning a decent living. That said, I think most anyone benefits from a college education but perhaps some would prefer not to spend that much time and money before entering the career work force and pursuing other goals.

I got a degree in music. Never made any money from it, and ended up in other lines of work,
