This foundation is based in Pittsburgh and I know some of the volunteers personally. It's very highly-rated low overhead foundation that sends donated relief supplies and medical volunteers anywhere in the world where there is a disaster and people are dying. The doctors, nurses and medical volunteers are all professionals who donate their time and skills to help disaster victims. Food, water, clothing and supplies are collected (or purchased with donations) and flown to the disaster area as soon as they are able to get in. They've gone to Haiti, Puerto Rico, the Philippines, Indonesia, and countless other places in the last 50 years.

More documentation on Brother's Brother can be read here. They're already planning their first trip to the Bahamas as soon as they are allowed in.
