Information as part of an impeachment investigation, so the impeachment investigation part is official. As I understand it, there is no required protocol for starting such an inquiry, although a vote would make it more public. Reporters had to comb through court documents to notice that one mentioned an impeachment investigation.

Someone else will have to explain how much more power the committees can get...
