Its been mostly about other matters in my life, but it helps me to know that Im doing something to improve my health and appearance. Im also trying to get better at my job, and be better at home. Putting effort into things I can control to help my life helps me deal with the things I cant control.

Me too! When I can't sleep I particularly like animal rescue clips.. hope for paws is great
