Was it because the police asked them to stop and leave? They refused so they were arrested? Is carrying a sign illegal? We’re they blocking traffic? (The ones on the floor.)

Where can they protest and just peacefully assemble without fear of arrest?

I get that maybe arrest was their goal....to bring more attention. But what if they just wanted to protest? Not spend a night in jail.

They were not blocking anyone. There weren't many people there. About 12 or 15 maybe. onecaliberal Jul 2019 #5
