Now that Barr has made it clear that he won't prosecute contempt of Congress, it will be interesting to see how the House actually compels testimony with a subpoena.

Prepare for the next deliberately formed constitutional crisis. I don't see compliance with congressional subpoenas from current or former White House officials forthcoming. The request for tRump's tax returns from the IRS is headed for the Supreme Court.
