(4,588 posts)I think this is the first time I've ever really hated someone. It scares me sometimes how much anger, disgust, and contempt I feel for him, especially considering the fact I've never even met the guy.
Thought I hated Cheney, but now think I didn't know what real hatred actually felt like. Even my gem *cough* of an ex doesn't make me feel anything near the level of abhorrence I feel for dump, or the resentment and hostility I feel towards his idiotic supporters. I'm a pretty laid back person and, before 2016, I would have sworn that it's just not in my nature to feel these very negative emotions so strongly. And I hate feeling this way.
As others have said, I can't stand to hear him speak and have to turn the channel when he comes on. I've been having anxiety issues for the past two years. It's exhausting. This shit ain't normal. I am ashamed and embarrassed for all my fellow Americans.
