Bain & GS have been involved in litigation before for other things. Has there been any litigation over any of these things?

Those tweets are trafficking in conspiracy theories.

(BTW, Toys r us shut down because it had a mountain of debt and the retail world of toys was changing (WalMart, Target, Amazon, other online toys sites), in combination with changing management, bad management, and the Great Recession. It filed bankruptcy, but that didn't save it. Bain buying it kept it afloat over a decade longer than it would have been able to be viable. But nothing could save it.)
