9. I went to urban dictionary and got stuck in a Congratulations you've won loop....

That you can’t get out of!!! Argh I hate those things.

But I digress....what I was briefly able to see on Urban Dictionary before that damn ad kept hijacking me, said it means Original Character, or Of Course.

Neither of these make sense, so I’m gonna guess it means Off the Chain. Which means something is totally crazy astounding.

Any other ideas?
