Or does the following incident flow from yet another of Kavanaugh's circle of friends at Yale??

Yale friend tells WaPo he'll deliver to local FBI office a statement saying Kavanaugh was dishonest under oath - was "belligerent and aggressive" drunk, once threw a beer in a man's face, started "a fight that ended with one of our mutual friends in jail." https://www.washingtonpost.com/powerpost/administration-says-white-house-is-not-limiting-fbi-probe-of-kavanaugh-but-is-against-fishing-expedition/2018/09/30/aa7b796e-c4bb-11e8-b1ed-1d2d65b86d0c_story.html?utm_term=.5df35920a27b

Was thinking about this (above, his friend's run-in with the police, possibly as a result of his own aggressiveness) and any possible juvenile offenses or DUIs in the context of Kavaugh's sworn submission papers. If any run-in with the law exists in his record, even if it was wiped out, and he did not answer truthfully on his originally submission papers (which are filed under oath), then we may get into some interesting territory. The FBI can determine such things in a very short time-frame, in both Maryland (where Kav was a teen) and Connecticut (where he went to college and law school). In the same context, I wonder: why exactly, as a teen, was Kavanaugh performing community service? Or was he lying about doing community service work?
