(29,160 posts)41. Interesting, because I went to Europe during the Bush years as well
but rather than apologize, I bought a T shirt that did it for me. It said "I'm sorry my president is an idiot. I didn't vote for him" in four languages.
Since I'm planning another trip there this summer, I started looking for it, but I guess I threw it out, thinking I wouldn't need it anymore.
My trip is in late August -- I'm hoping that the Mueller investigation will have him at least half out the door by then..
