50. Kroger has both self-checkout and cashier lines.

If I have 2 or 3 items, it is often quicker to self checkout. Otherwise I usually use a cashier line.

It’s a judgement call, based on how busy the store is at that time.

Their self checkout works ok, except doing fresh produce on it sucks.
