This was my 12th rally in 18 months and it was a little different from the others for different reasons. The rallies yesterday and today were at various times and locations. Today was up in the air since no one knew when he was coming and the Moron wouldn't confirm his itinerary. I checked it out two weeks ago with my activist contacts and it wasn't clarified until this past weekend and today it was delayed a few hours so since I am a 32 min drive from where it took place today I was cool and waited until he was actually here. Tons of police were there since the last time he was here in 2016 there was a lot of violence.
My Pink Floyd inspired sign on was a big hit...my fingers are still stained orange from the pastels I used for his skin though. I made a giant white brick wall with one brick missing and the untanned circles around his baggy eyes peeked through the space in the wall (along with his bushy, white/yellow eyebrows and "hair don't"
. I wrote NO WALLS in the same font that is on The Wall album cover. I can't post photos on my touchscreen tablet or I'd show you.
This rally was also different in that we were told that sticks and dowels wouldn't be allowed in the area due to the alt right using poles from flags and signs to hurt people so I had to wear it around my neck and/or hold it over my head.
