Can anyone explain to me why this quote from 45* is not the biggest topic of conversation now? [View all]

I'm floored by this statement. We do have a lunatic in the white house.

45* talking about the North Korea sanctions:

"If the sanctions don't work, we'll have to go phase two," Mr Trump said. "Phase two may be a very rough thing, may be very, very unfortunate for the world. But hopefully the sanctions will work."
