The VRWC will claim that any and all information thus gathered by Mueller as a result of starting with this FISA warrant is therefore inadmissible in a court of law ( fruit of a poisonous tree ) and the entire investigation into Trump and his family and associates is therefore void. Rosenstein will be fired for dereliction of duty and poor judgment, Mueller will have his team disbanded and his funding cut to near zero.
