Trump's bond has been rejected until Knight Specialty provides the court with more information.
Attorney Tristan Snell, author of Taking Down Trump about his experience suing Trump on behalf of students of the failed Trump University, noted that the insurance paperwork has been "returned for correction"
"[The] court demands that the bond underwriter, Knight Insurance, provide more info about their own solvency and authorization to cover the bond. Is there something else shady in how Trump's bond is being handled?" Snell wrote on X on Wednesday.
Wednesday's New York County Supreme Court notice read:
"The court has returned the documents listed below for the following reasons: Please include a current financial statement and Power of Attorney. Additionally, please list the name of the Attorney-in-Fact under the signature line on the Undertaking. Please use the 'Refile Document' link for Doc. No. 1707 to resubmit the corrected filing. Thank you and have a great day."

I do know from my daughter who is a CFO, that if the heads of companies say negative things about their own companies that the stock price is going to drop.

It's fucking time for Garland to appoint a pro-Biden special counsel to investigate Trump's money laundering. Garland saw fit to appoint pro-Trump special counsels to investigate both Hunter and Joe Biden. Hunter is set to go to trial for tax fraud that is rarely prosecuted, there is a good chance he will be convicted.
I posted in the other thread that Putin could write a billion dollar check to Trump and he could cash it at Axos bank and no one would give a rat's ass.

Heads Up To Pa. Absentee Voters
The ballots were late this year because of a challenge, at least in my county. (Jefferson) If you don't get your absentee ballot this week better make a phone call or visit your election office. I just got my ballot yesterday.
Another heads up; Do not fuck up your ballot, the date, your name as it is written, they are going to throw out honest mistakes starting now. Take your time when filling out your ballot and read the instructions carefully.
Wife and I are sending ours out tomorrow with double stamps on each envelop.
If you have an elderly relative or friend, help them fill out his/her ballot properly.

Merrick Garland is to blame for Trump's behavior. If it weren't for the J6 committee exposing all of the crimes there would be no Trump prosecutions.
Oh I forgot, Garland did make Weiss a special counsel so that he could indict Hunter Biden.
Oh, I forgot, Garland did appoint Hur to release a report that mischaracterized what President Biden did with classified documents.

Democrats are being purged from voter rolls, access to voting is being made harder for Democrats, Magats are in positions of power to refuse to certify election results in Democratic districts. Polls are used for propaganda, AI will be used for propaganda. Magats are filing lawsuits across the country to rig the election. A vote for 3rd party candidates like RFK Jr. is a vote for Trump.

I called my county election official because I hadn't received my Pa. primary absentee ballot. I found out why. Do not assume you are registered, check. We cannot allow the minority fascists to steal the election. Convince one person who wasn't planning on voting to vote. We can win, we must win, we will win if we are vigilant.

Garland proceeded cautiously because he didn't want to make mistakes. When his pyramid scheme of having the J6 rioters lead the way to Trump failed, he created a task force to investigate the people at the Willard Hotel to lead him to Trump. The people at the Willard Hotel; Boris Epshteyn, John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, and Roger Stone have been a dead end for Garland. As a matter of fact, none of those 4 people have been prosecuted by Garland.
I don't believe that DOJ has prosecuted anyone from Trump's inner circle to this day. Special counsel Jack Smith has prosecuted Trump but what about all of the other people involved?
