I never expected this trial to go first, it really doesn't matter to me, what matters is another prediction of mine. I predict that Sleepy Don will be devastated by being forced to sit in a courtroom, 4 days a week for 2 months. Trump needs to be in control, needs everything to be scripted, this trial will hurt Trump physically and mentally, he could even have a nervous breakdown.
Why was Trump so fighting to stop this trial? Trump stands a chance to lose his Evangelical followers. There was a reason that Trump chose to sell bibles, he needs the narrative that he is the chosen one. Boy oh Boy can Stormy Daniels throw a wrench in those religious gears. Trump's dozing off also cuts into his strategy of using age to attack President Biden, I can predict a Biden campaign video now featuring Sleepy Don.
Not a good first day for Sleepy Don, it will wear on him quickly, he looked unwell to me and it's only going to get worse, my predictions have a high % of coming true.
Oh and Truth Social tanking and the bond in limbo and no golf = nervous breakdown. Sleepy Don, if it happens I will send you my thoughts and prayers.
About All Of This Hand Wringing Over Inflation
Well I got my hair cut. One of the girls from the shoppe is visiting relatives in S. Korea. She told her co-workers in the shoppe that she could never afford to live there because everything is so expensive.

March inflation data came in hotter than expected which caused the stock market to drop 1 %.
So much for the good news about 300,000 new jobs created, that good news was soon overshadowed by the quest for the elusive 2.0 inflation target. It doesn't take long for the right to gain back control of the narrative.
The Fed can do and say whatever it wants about inflation but it can't stop people from manipulating the price of oil, it can't stop corporations from charging exorbitant prices for its products.
There were 30 freaking headlines across my computer's home page and all but one was negative about the economy.
Dear oh Dear what will the Fed do now? Keep interest rates the same, raise them, or would it dare lower rates when Trump warned against doing that?
My tiny piece of the economy is doing just fine, I'm headed out to get a hair cut, give a good tip, head off to a local meat market and look for some nice filets to cook on the grill tonight. I will let others worry about the elusive quest for 2.0 inflation, it's too scary for me to even understand it.

I Still Need Help Understanding Macroeconomics
So now the Fed, smart economists, mainly the Fed president from Minneapolis are all hedging cutting interest rates. Last week when the Minneapolis Fed president did his negative fed speak the stock market tumbled.
Here's where I am coming from; this latest negative Fed speak is based on a magical inflation number of 2.0. All economic policy has to be based on getting inflation to 2.0. Here is where I disagree, me, someone who only took Econ 101. Inflation can be maneuvered, triggered. Don't give me that lesson I had in Econ 101 about the invisible hand of the market, there are visible hands, merely the mention of a possible war between Iran and Israel sent the price of oil to $90 a barrel. I don't see the price of oil going down because it will be manipulated to stay high. I can even envision 5 dollar gasoline right before the election. Oh and the price of oil/gasoline is a driver of inflation = no rate cuts, maybe rate increases.
We did have a supply issue during the pandemic which caused prices to increase boosting inflation. Now the supply issue seems to have abated where is the invisible hand of market lowering food prices and other items? We consumers are well off enough to keep paying the higher prices it seems.
Unemployment is down, wages are up, stock market is at an all time high and yet the sand in the gears, that magical 2.0 inflation number. Why the hell can't our economy run smoothly at 3.0 inflation? Why hasn't anyone asked that question?
The invisible hand of the market only works if people in high places allow it to work.
The fuckers want a downturn in the economy right before the election and "they" can or will try to make it happen. Talk me off my ledge.
About Trump's Upcoming Trial - 6 days Until Jury Selection
Trump is scared shitless that this trial is happening. He has used 9 delay appeals so far, probably more to come.
It will be Trump's own people testifying in court about him which makes it harder for him to say witch hunt.
Remember this fact, the Alvin Bragg defense has given Trump all of its discovery, all of its witnesses, all of what is about to be thrown at Trump. Trump absolutely knows what Bragg has, what Bragg is going to do to him, and he is running out of appeals and he is shitting his pants.
