Wow. Lawrence O'Donnell

"Not one sentence of President Sanders legislation can pass without the votes of every Democratic senator who he's decided to taunt as "the Democratic establishment." Currently 14 senators support Medicare For All. Does he plan to insult the rest into voting for it?"

Trump chimes in. We need a nickname for Trump

"Looks like Crazy Bernie is doing well in the Great State of Nevada. Biden & the rest look weak, & no way Mini Mike can restart his campaign after the worst debate performance in the history of Presidential Debates. Congratulations Bernie, & don’t let them take it away from you!"

Sanders running 5th with over 65 voters in NV

and 2nd with voters over 45. Biden winning with demographic that actually votes. Telling

The party isn't a place for moderates anymore

it's lurching toward the very far left. Same thing happened with GOP as it went far right. The party of Clinton and Obama is a shell of itself as we have let a Democratic Socialist take over. We will pay a heavy price in November. I'll be ok. Some won't. After 25 years of working campaigns for DNC I'll be in Costa Rica full time in about 4-5 years. My conversations with actual operatives in the trenches and former campaign manager friends of mine are the same. Sanders can't win nationally. Moderates do and did in 18 and 19. Sanders endorsed candidates were defeated. Sanders only plays well in small areas of country. My guess on a good election night is Trump wins the EC easily, we lose 10-14 House seats and our Senate candidates all refuse to be seen with Sanders. Nightmare sceniro for moderates. You might even see a 3rd party candidate emerge. In fact, bet on it

More Bernie gems for GE

Just consider, to begin with, one issue from Sanders’ political career, highlighted by the historian Ronald Radosh When Iranian Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini and his minions seized dozens of American hostages in 1979 and held 52 of them for 444 days, Americans across the spectrum were united in outrage and in seeking their safe return. Sanders, at the time, was a backer of an obscure Marxist-Leninist political party that pledged support for the Iranian theocracy and defended the hostage-taking. In line with Iranian propaganda, the party alleged that the captured diplomats and other U.S. Embassy workers were likely CIA agents.

This at the very moment when those Americans were being abused and tortured for precisely that charge.

Sanders has a history of disparaging Dems

If a Democratic Socialist, with a history of Marxist and socialist fawning, gets our nomination he will be defeated decisively in the GE. He's almost 80, he will be gone but leave a party, he was never loyal to, in shambles going forward. We will be Democratic socialists for numerous election cycles. We will be a coastal party. We can blame ourselves for being pushed around by Bernie Sanders- a career politician.

Gallop and Socialists

The survey, conducted from Jan. 16-29 among 1,033 adults, found 53 percent said that they would not vote for their party nominee if they were a, "generally well-qualified person for president who happened to be socialist."

Folks, the Sanders GE ad write themselves

Bernie Sanders campaigned for the Socialist Workers Party in the 1980 and 1984 presidential campaigns and was investigated by the FBI for his ties to the Marxist group. While Democrats campaigned for President Jimmy Carter in 1980 and Walter Mondale in 1984, Sanders spent the Reagan era supporting fringe Marxists with no chance of reaching the White House. In 1980, Sanders "proudly endorsed and supported" Andrew Pulley, the SWP party's presidential candidate. Sanders was one of three electors for Pulley on the Vermont ballot, stating in a press release: "I fully support the SWP's continued defense of the Cuban revolution." A flier in Sanders' archives shows that he was a featured speaker at the 1982 SWP "Campaign Kick-Off Rally" in Boston for the party's candidates for governor, lieutenant governor, and Congress. Then there us the famous bread line quote,----- "It’s funny; sometimes American journalists talk about how bad a country is, that people are lining up for food. That is a good thing. In other countries, people don’t line up for food: the rich get the food and the poor starve to death.”

Sanders proposals wouldn't pass a Democrat led Congress

Even if Sanders became President, and he won't, the overwhelming majority of his plans couldn't even pass through a Democrat led Congress. He, and he wouldn't, would have to make serious compromise.

My conversation with my DNC operative in Florida

this morning was somber. but if you want to nominate a Democratic socialist as the head of the Democratic party you will lose the WH and lose House seats. Middle America and the Southeast will not elect a Democratic Socialist. Period. End of conversation. It's why moderates won here in 18 and 19 and Sanders backed candidates didn't. You think America is represebtive of the coasts. I'll bet my 25 years working local and state campaigns from FL to GA to TN that Trump will beat Sanders in historic fashion.
