I have no proof. Just a gut feeling. But you have to think they are licking their chops to sue Trump for gajillions. If you were them, would you drop it during the impeachment trial or wait until after? I would drop it like an anvil when the Trump defense is up to bat at the trial. I think it will be in the $5-10 billion range.

Trump and the Republicans are the ones who should be shitting bricks. Phase 1 of Operation Orange Crush is to defeat Trump in the election by overwhelming margin. Phase 1 is complete. Phase 2 is to utterly destroy Trump legally and financially and put him in the same league as Bernie Madoff, Jeff Epstein, Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein. The GOP are a cult and are nothing without Trump. Rupert Murdoch will be our ally in this. Trump has declared war on Fox News. Murdoch will be out to crush Trump.
The End Game - Divide and Conquer
On December 14 the electors finalize their votes and it’s officially, officially over. Nothing is going to change this. Georgia Senate elections are on January 5, and Trump apologists are going to be looking pretty dang stupid by then and the state GOP will be in disarray (and we should help this along.) The house of card is falling on Trump. The dynamic moving with the force of nature will put Republicans into the position of acknowledging Biden’s victory which will be official and alienating Trump’s die hard base setting the table for an epic GOP train wreck in Georgia. Ossoff and Warnock are running great campaigns and sticking to bread and butter local issues.

I am glad Trump isn't conceding and is acting like a fascist
He is setting the table nicely for us in Georgia. The crap Lindsey Graham pulled must have pissed off a lot of voters there. Biden’s mature and even keel approach in contrast to Trump’s craziness and GOP circular firing squad really helps. Up to this point many were willing to let Trump make his legal challenges and present evidence of his claims which is his legal right to do. As states begin to certify and Trump’s claims get exposed as nonsense and there is no evidence, the GOP will pay a heavy political price for that I think. Republicans are starting to realize it has gotten out of hand and can’t stop it and they are panicking. They are literally committing political suicide in all these swing states.

I will settle Democratic inter party fighting right now
Both sides are partly right. AOC is right. Going too heavy on virtual hurt our ground game and we need to step up Latino outreach. Centrists are right “Democratic Socialism” and “Defund the Police” are examples of terrible progressive messaging run amok that killed us in swing states. So up the ground game, step up Latino outreach and replace “Democratic Socialist” with “Liberal” and “Defund the Police” with “Comprehensive Criminal Justice Reform”. Problem solved. Now let’s go kick some ass in these Georgia Senate races. We are all on the same team and we have the final showdown in just a few weeks. No time to fuck around!!!!

We have planned accordingly. Biden already has his transition team in place from COVID to national security. Grown ups are in charge again. The number one mission we all had was to not only win the Presidency, but with such a margin that it would nullify any Trump scheme to steal it. We have done that. This is why Trump will fail and lose the Georgia Senate seats too boot.
