Florida man logic fail: difficult to claim SYG in case of grenade attack...
Facts of the case: Store owner shoots customer who is pulling away in his car, because owner thought customer had thrown a grenade. Owner claims he was standing his ground.
Logic: If you fear that someone has thrown a grenade at you, why would you continue "standing your ground"? Wouldn't you immediately dive for cover? The video here shows the owner exiting his store and immediately opening fire on the car as it pulls away.
