This will give the big $ time to buy the rest of the GOP senators just like in the House.
I am going to a Die-In/candlelight vigil tonight...this is NOT over, keep calling and resisting.
The House did the same thing and I trust the Senate as far as I can throw them! Older, yet wiser. Don't relax yet...the House made it more cruel and it passed in the blink know of an eye with the "meaner" version for the Freedom Caucus.
I am curious...how do Dems in red states maintain their sanity?

I have the feeling that the Senate will do what the House did when they didn't have enough votes the first time around. They made it even more harsh to appease the Freedom Caucus/Tea Party and it sailed through followed by a beer party. Will Mitch Mean McConnell make it even "meaner"? "Hell, yes!" is my opinion.

can they re-introduce it and when? Regardless of whether it happens before or after July 4th, is there a time limit?

Does anyone here belong to a local Resistance/Meet Up group?
I am curious. I live in CA and it is a blue state and there are MANY local Meet Up groups in San Diego working very hard and taking Indivisible as their guide. I am so impressed with the realistic, intelligent, professional and long and short term actions they are working on. They have created so much in such a short time. I resist with my talents and whatever I feel will be an asset to to help them. They really give me hope that this isn't a short lived "fad" as some had predicted early on.
Do you think the Senate will pressure and appease their far right members?
That's how the House got it through the second time. They met with each Freedom Caucus rep and easily passed it?
