I think it was Pennsylvania and the early voting age 18-29 was the lowest turnout.

Do we have anybody in that category on this board who isn’t going to vote? I doubt it as this board is dedicated to people who are obviously paying attention, but this is very troubling.

I hear this is being reported somewhere but I haven’t been able to find exactly where.

If you vote for any GOP candidate, trump or other, you should be required

to immediately stop receiving healthcare for any preexisting condition.

You should be required to write a letter to each of the 86,326 families who will lose a loved one to Covid who would not have had we not allowed putin to steal the election again by making the race close.

Luke is a standup comedian with an economics degree.

He is the costar of two VERY Funny sitcoms from Australia, "Utopia" and "Rosehaven." Utopia was called "Dreamland" while it was on Netflix, it is no longer on Netflix.

He is brilliant and hilarious.



You cant get Utopia here anywhere. I bought an Aussie format DVD player and the DVD's from a store in Australia, that is how good that show is. Like "THe office" and "Curb" in one and that good.

Do you get leg/calf cramps in bed? So bad you have to JUMP OUT of bed to stretch them out?

So do I, or I did.

For years and for whatever reason almost every night I would get the most debilitating, painful cramps in my calves and I would have to jump out of bed and lean against the wall to stretch them to get them to stop. Only to have to repeat this 15 minutes later.

I used to buy the Hyland's leg cramp pills, expensive and didnt work all that well.

At one point I got my doc to prescribe the malaria drug that treats this, but he wouldnt refill it for me. Quinine sulfate I think it was. That is my memory anyway, was a long time ago, worked great. But you cant get it for that, normally.

Get at least one, I use 3, bars of soap. Put them at the bottom of your bed on top of the fitted sheet, under the other sheet so they are near your legs without obstruction. I heard that lavender is better, not sure. I have two that are Dove lavender and then one Dove white bar of soap.

I have had one cramp in one year. I shit you not.

I know there is no scientific research to say this works, but it works for me.

When, not if, ACA is destroyed, can individual states FORCE the insurance companies to

not reinstate preexisting condition clauses because health insurance is regulated by each individual state? Or not put caps back on benefits?

Regulation in the individual market is much more diverse and varied among states than is the case for large or small groups (copied this from one source)

I should remember all this but I dont.

If you live in New York state and you have employer based insurance and ACA is overturned, is that policy/insurance company regulated by the DOI for the State of New York? Can the DOI (Dept of Insurance) force them to provide certain coverages and limit premiums or profits, which is also part of ACA? Can they force them not to have preexisting?
