DeSantis violated First Amendment by removing elected official, judge rules

https://www.axios.com/2023/01/21/ron-desantis-first-amendment-andrew-warren-ruling

The latest: U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle wrote in his ruling that evidence showed DeSantis punished Warren for his political leanings and that doing so violated Warren's free speech rights.

That is what I thought (didnt know how this action violated the C but it must, otherwise we know what cons will do in all red states), now this was January, I wonder where it stands now.

But, once Destupid did this for purely political reasons, the same judge says he cant reinstate Warren ...

A federal judge has ruled that Gov. Ron DeSantis violated the First Amendment in suspending Hillsborough State Attorney Andrew Warren, but he does not have the power to reinstate Warren.

Judge Robert Hinkle's 59-page ruling, which was issued Friday morning, said that DeSantis was wrong when he claimed that Warren had blanket policies not to prosecute certain cases when he suspended him in August.

DU Lawyers, please explain how TX and GA laws allowing gov to remove ELECTED officials

is constitutional?

1. can the law be challenged through FEDERAL courts?

2. if so would it ultimately be decided by US SC?

3. if allowed, what stops them from removing ALL elected officials in their state who are Democrats?

If a legitimate Supreme Court, which we don't have,

Can’t overrule a state law allowing a governor to fire elected officials then what’s to prevent all republican states from firing all elected Democrats?

Desickfuck in Florida just fired a second elected Democrat.

Dean Obeidallah of XM radio says Maga violence certain

He is the one the white supremacists threatened and he successfully sued them I forget the details and the name of the group.

The only question, Dean said, is will it be Lonewolf type stuff or will it be on a wider scale, we see Trump today encouraging his followers to hurt Mike Pence.

The fact that nearly half of this country would still vote for him at least half of the people that vote makes you wonder what are we saving if we save something? This last comment is mine.

RIP the funniest man in movie history, or one of them...Alan Arkin

There was simply no one like Alan Arkin, whether it's the spit take in "Big Trouble"

or every take in "The In-Laws" there was nobody better or funnier.

Perianal Abscess questions...

If any docs or RN's here.

I have a close friend who has one, pretty sure. (Just kidding, it's me) Round bump like pimple, extremely painful. Very close to anal region.

1. I read that draining it is what a healthcare professional could do but that almost half the time it leads to Anal Fistula, which is worse and requires surgery?

2. If I had it drained does a resulting Anal Fistula always require surgery?

3. The pain makes me want to have it drained, but this fistula thing worries me, can it go away on it's own?

4. Is draining it likely to leave a more painful area while it heals?

Thanks...

Louis ass DeJoy still in charge USPS

God dammit, it’s just a matter of time before he uses the Postal Service to help Republicans steal elections by preventing votes counted.
