Trump bans any outreach by Govt Agencies to the public FOR WHOM THEY WORK.
You have heard that Trump has slashed navigators for ACA by 92%. I would like to say when we introduced ACA to the community, courtesy of our Rep Katrina Shankland, here in Stevens Point, WI....our navigators could spend up to 2.5 hrs with one client. They were a godsend. The Rs are trying their best to kill ACA any way they can.
So I am discussing this today at the gym with my pal, Margaret, who works for the USDA. I also worked there in the 90s. Her eyes get wide and she tells me that yesterday they were told that they may NOT advertise any of their programs. These are loan programs for housing, small businesses, etal...I asked for a link so I may inform the public. She said there isn't one, as it was told to them hush hush. It is a ban on any outreach to the public FOR WHOM THEY WORK. This is the crap that is going on behind the scenes as Trump throws one squirrel out after another to divert.
