ORIGIN OF KEY CLINTON EMAILS FROM REPORT ARE A MYSTERY

"WASHINGTON (AP) -- A key email from Hillary Clinton to a top State Department aide in 2010 expressing worry that her personal messages could become "accessible" to outsiders is cited in a new inspector general's report on her emails. But Clinton did not turn over that particular email, which was later obtained by the investigators.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee was supposed to have turned over all work-related emails to the State Department for public release. Yet the agency's watchdog found three emails never seen before - including Clinton's explanation for why she wanted her emails kept private and details of hacking attempts on her personal computer server.

The existence of the messages renews concerns that Clinton was not completely forthcoming when she turned over work-related emails to the State Department."

This email is a proverbial smoking gun and is ready huge news! Maybe it was provided by the FBI as they have established a working agreement. It pertains directly to the OIG Audit.

Clinton says IG report won't affect her presidential bid

"In an interview with Univision's Los Angeles affiliate, Clinton said "nothing has changed" following Wednesday's release of a report by the State Department's inspector general. That analysis found Clinton ignored clear guidance that her email setup broke agency rules and could have left government secrets vulnerable to hackers.

"There may be reports that come out, but nothing has changed," Clinton said. "It's the same story. Just like previous secretaries of state, I used a personal email. Many people did. It was not at all unprecedented. I have turned over all my emails. No one else can say that."

Clinton added that she had been "incredibly open" about her emails, which were routed through a server located in the basement of her New York home during her tenure as the nation's top diplomate from 2009 to 2013."

CNN: Hillary Clinton's shrinking email defense

"While an FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's email server continues, the State Department's Office of Inspector General has raised the stakes with the release of a remarkable report finding that Clinton's actions violated State Department policies and were inconsistent with federal record-keeping laws.

The report also discloses new details relevant to Clinton's motives and her assertion that the use of a private server was simply a matter of convenience. While criminal charges still remain highly unlikely, the inspector general's report is significant and unquestionably damaging to Clinton's public defense.

Most crucially, the inspector general directly contradicts Clinton's repeated assertions that she complied both with federal law and State Department policies. "At a minimum," the report finds, "Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."

The report goes further, noting that while Clinton's subsequent production of 55,000 pages of emails in response to State Department demands partially corrected these violations, the records Clinton turned over were incomplete. Remarkably, the report includes reference to a previously unreleased 2010 email in which Clinton, responding to her deputy chief of staff for operations, Huma Abedin, directly addresses her lack of an official State Department email account and voices a fear of the "risk of the personal being accessible" if she had one. In a briefing, State Department officials were unable to confirm the source of this email, but if it was omitted from the records Clinton produced, it again would raise questions about the process she used to distinguish between "federal records" and "personal records" before destroying the latter."

Obama “During the course of a primary, people say what they think might help them get some votes,”

Yup! He said it when asked about Hillary while in Japan.

California Up for Grabs, Poll Finds, as Clinton and Sanders Battle

LOS ANGELES — Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are locked in a tight race in California, the nation’s most populous state and one that until recently seemed strongly in Mrs. Clinton’s corner, a new statewide poll has found.

The poll, released Wednesday night by the Public Policy Institute of California, showed Mrs. Clinton leading Mr. Sanders among likely voters, 46 percent to 44 percent — within the margin of error. A survey by the organization in March found Mrs. Clinton with a lead of 48 percent to 41 percent over Mr. Sanders.

The survey came as both Mr. Sanders and Mrs. Clinton have stepped up their campaign appearances here in anticipation of the June 7 primary. Mr. Sanders, after initially saying he would not advertise on television here — California is one of the most expensive states for television advertising, given its size and the number of media markets — took to the airwaves this week.

What if it's not Biden but Warren that steps in?

Just a thought though. I know Elizabeth says that she's not interested and all that but this is trump we are talking about. This is too important!

Today's events should make it clear that it's at least a possibility that Hillary might have to step down. If so, I happen to think that Warren is the best person the DNC could come up with to heal the party. I also think it would make bernie more open to working out something instead of taking his revolution to the convention.

This is something that I've been thinking about as we need to come together somehow.

Did I mention that Warren has been landing body blows to trump lately? More so than ever and kinda out of the blue.
