As Trump is speaking, imagine that one Congressperson stands up and says, "you lie". Followed 30 seconds alter by another. And another. And another.
Imagine people in the gallery saying the same thing.
55 degrees in the Chicago area, and many of us are canvassing today in the IL 3rd.
I was part of a large group canvassing for Marie Newman in the Il 3rd District.
Luckily, today was 55F and sunny, but I have canvassed in sub-zero weather as well.
And we must all do our parts to motivate voters.
Most people did not express a candidate preference for the Presidential race, but everyone I spoke with expressed disgust with Trump and the GOP.
My wife and I were both truly undecided. We really could not choose....
between stuffed pizza and fried shrimp for the Super Bowl meal.
So we compromised and we will have stuffed pizza and fried shrimp.
And on Monday, we will take 3 walks per day to compensate for our choices.
