Matt Gaetz busted for pushing China's 'propaganda' at Armed Services hearing

Colin H. Kahl, under secretary of Defense, called out Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) for using "propaganda" from China to question him at a House Armed Services Committee on Tuesday.

As Gaetz demanded details of U.S. aid to Ukraine, the Florida congressman pointed to a "Global Times investigative report that talks about training" of Ukraine soldiers by the U.S.

"Any reason to disagree with that assessment?" Gaetz asked.

A Florida Retiree Says He Can Easily End Russia's War In Ukraine

Donald Trump has been saying he can end Russia's war in Ukraine if he's President for a while now. His ideas are childish. Trump would have given Putin, who is a genocidal maniac, Ukraine in a New York second. Trump has stated otherwise ever since Russia invaded Ukraine.

Trump revealed his latest plan to end the war during an interview with what appears to be the back of a guy's head. It could be Glenn Beck, but that's not possible since the right-wing host called Trump a "dangerous man" in 2016.

"You have to get people in a room," Trump said. "You have to knock heads, and you have to get it done. That would mean saying things to Putin and saying things to Zelensky that they're not gonna want to hear and getting them into a room."

Scott Adams Hits The 'Found Out' Stage After Racist Rant

The Dilbert guy's racism is starting to have an impact on his livelihood.

A few days ago, right in the middle of Black History Month, Scott Adams, the creator of the comic strip Dilbert, went on a racist rant on his podcast. Basically, he said that Black people were a lost cause and advised white people to just get the f''' away from them. Ironically, despite a long history of being racist, he claimed to be done trying "to help" Black people because he only gets called a racist for it. Go figure.

But now that he has f'''ed around, he is starting to hit the found out stage and it's hitting him where it matters to him - the checkbook:

Dilbert, the three-decades old daily comic strip about office worker struggles, is being pulled from The Cleveland Plain Dealer following cartoonist Scott Adams' racist tirade earlier this week, the newspaper's editor wrote on Friday.

Another Norfolk Southern train derails in North Carolina -- no danger reported​

A Norfolk Southern freight train derailed Saturday morning in Lexington, North Carolina, but no immediate danger to the public was reported.

"One of our trains traveling through Lexington derailed his morning. Of the train’s 132 cars, 1 has derailed. There are no reports of a hazmat situation or danger to the public," a company spokesperson told Fox News. "Our crew is safe and additional personnel are on their way to begin cleanup. We appreciate the public’s patience and care near this area during the cleanup work."

The accident triggered fears following the derailment earlier this month of a 50-car Norfolk Southern train in East Palestine, Ohio. Ten of those cars were carrying vinyl chloride, and the toxic chemicals spilled onto the ground and erupted in a plume of smoke that triggered community evacuations.

The Justice Department wants to know how a box containing a handful of classified records scattered among copies of presidential schedules turned up at Mar-a-Lago late last year, well after several rounds of searches of the property by federal agents and aides to former President Donald Trump, according to people familiar with the matter."

Investigators working for special counsel Jack Smith in recent weeks have interviewed a Trump aide who copied classified materials found in the box using her phone to put them onto a laptop. After a voluntary interview with the aide, prosecutors subpoenaed the password to the laptop, which she provided.”

As someone and millions of others that have been in the military or been on projects working for this country that were classified and are still in some cases classified even though they maybe seen on pictures flying in formation over some area ......I would be in jail if I did what the orange hair selling water asshole may have done, but I am betting money that he did ....right now there are at least two people and one couple that did try and got caught......Jack Smith the Special Prosecutor cannot move fast enough to get the orange hair and "everyone" that had contact with these documents under indictment.....there is a thing called "need to know"....and if you violated that principle then you need to be in jail.....

Right now there is a former agent from the SDNY that is tied to a Russian.....

There is guy in Colorado that tried to sell information to the Russians.....

Former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis faces formal misconduct complaint in Colorado

Colorado attorney Jenna Ellis, one of the central figures in former President Donald Trump’s attempt to overturn the 2020 election, is the subject of a formal professional misconduct complaint that’s expected to be filed in the coming weeks.

Ellis had been under scrutiny by the Colorado Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, which investigates allegations of professional misconduct against Colorado attorneys. The office’s Legal Regulation Committee reviews reports from the attorney regulation counsel and determines if reasonable cause exists to seek disciplinary action against attorneys before the presiding disciplinary judge.

The committee has now authorized Jessica Yates, the attorney regulation counsel, to file a formal complaint against Ellis with the presiding disciplinary judge, according to Yates.

Kyrsten Sinema paid Tulsi Gabbard's sister over $300K for 'security' assistance

A new report from The Daily Beast is raising questions about an unusual arrangement for personal security between Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) and a company owned by the sister of Tulsi Gabbard.

According to the report, Sinema's campaign finance committees have forked over more than $300,000 to a company called TOA Group LLC whose sole executive is Vrindivan Gabbard Bellord, the sister of the former Hawaii Democratic congresswoman who has since become a far-right Fox News contributor.

"Since fall 2021, Bellord has been employed as the 'security director' in Sinema’s Senate office, a role that has paid her over $50,000, according to Senate records," the publication writes. "Bellord has also apparently been the exclusive security provider to Sinema’s campaign. She appears to have no other clients aside from the Arizona senator."

SCOTUS orders resentencing of Arizona prisoner in 'extremely rare' ruling,

The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday issued a rare rebuke of Arizona's criminal justice system as the majority ruled in favor of a death row inmate who has called for a resentencing, saying the state ignored legal precedents during his trial.

In a 5-4 decision, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh joined with the court's three liberal judges in Cruz v. Arizona, with Justice Sonia Sotomayor writing the majority opinion.

The majority ruled that lawyers who prosecuted John Montenegro Cruz for the murder of a police officer in 2003 failed to inform jurors during his sentencing that if Cruz was not executed by the state, he would be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
