When my female, Milan, got pregnant before we could get her spayed, he was the last born in her litter. Bruiser kept stealing the nipple from his runt brother, CJ. I had to stay up for 48 hours, making sure CJ could finally latch on and get nourishment. I kept telling Bruiser, to quit being such a big bruiser to his older, but littler, brother. The name stuck, but he's such a handsome sweetie pie. He and CJ still have a contentious relationship.

Oh, we kept the whole litter of four. Guilt? Maybe. But mostly cuteness and love overload.

The Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) announced Thursday that Princess Salma, the daughter of King Abdullah II, participated in an airdrop of critical medical supplies to Jordan’s field hospital in the Gaza Strip.

The statement was issued on the army's official website.

According to the statement, the JAF conducted the fifth airdrop in the evening, delivering urgent medical supplies using parachutes to the Jordanian Field Hospital, Gaza 76.

Am I the only one who

uses WAY more garlic than a recipe calls for? I made Greek lemon chicken last night, (yummy) and the recipe I used called for three cloves of minced fresh garlic. Well, that's just not enough for me! I used six and was very happy with the results!!

Marinade:
6 cloves minced fresh garlic
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
1/4 tsp cumin
3 bay leaves (remove before baking)
1tsp dry mustard
1 tsp oregano
1/2 bunch fresh parsley minced or 2-3 tbsp dry parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (omit if you don't like heat)

Marinate 4-6 bone in skin on chicken thighs for at least 3 hours. Bake in pre-heated 400° oven for 40 minutes. I put them in a 13 by 9 pyrex baking pan with the marinade. Pour off the marinade after baking. (I save some to pour over the yellow rice I use with it) Put the dish back in the oven to broil the skin on high and make it crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Serve over yellow rice with some of the cooked marinade if you want to and I like salad with it or broccoli. Delicious!!

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. (WXIN) - A child solicitation sting conducted Nov. 28-30 in Greenwood, Indiana, resulted in 21 men - including a public servant - being arrested.

The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, the United States Secret Service, and several local law enforcement organizations orchestrated a string over several months where the adults involved believed they were there to meet a 14 or 15-year-old child at a home in Greenwood.

Proud (little) Boy Jan. 6 defendant who shot at law enforcement is sentenced to prison.

WASHINGTON — A member of the Proud Boys who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and shot at law enforcement officers this year after the FBI asked him to surrender was sentenced to two years in federal prison Wednesday.

Nathan Pelham, of Texas, pleaded guilty to a federal felony charge of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. U.S. District Judge Ed Kinkeade of the Northern District of Texas imposed the sentence, according to court records.

An FBI special agent had said Pelham was informed of the Capitol attack charges on April 12. Federal court records show that Pelham's case was not initially placed under seal, as criminal cases almost always are until law enforcement executes an arrest.

Local authorities went to Pelham’s home that night after his father requested a welfare check, according to the filing. Pelham fired several shots toward the law enforcement officials, the FBI special agent said, and one of the officers said a shot “came in so close proximity to myself that I could hear the distinct whistling sound as the bullet traveled by me and then strike a metal object to my right side.”

Pelham was sentenced to time served by U.S. District Judge John D. Bates in his Jan. 6 case in September. Prosecutors said Pelham "was dishonest with law enforcement, both before and after his arrest, about what he did at the Capitol."

Prosecutors in the Jan. 6 case said Pelham was "apparently drunk" when he shot several rounds on April 12.

"According to subsequent police reports, Pelham called his wife, told her goodbye, and said that he planned to make the police shoot him," they wrote. "Pelham paced outside, holding a gun and yelling at police. He eventually went back inside and fired the gun several times. For their own safety, police left the property that night, and let Pelham sleep off his drinking."

They let this WHITE MAN sleep off his drinking and surrender to police at a later date. And so far, no charges for shooting at cops and attempting to murder them!! WTF? If this guy were a POC, he'd be dead today!!!
