Benghazi Panel Now Wants to Hear Testimony from Hannity Radio Caller

One example of the committee’s problematic requests is “John from Iowa.”

“John from Iowa” called into the radio show of conservative host Sean Hannity in May 2013. He claimed he was a drone camera operator who saw what happened in Benghazi on the night of the attacks. He also complained that neither Congress nor the administration had interviewed him.

Hedger said the Defense Department “expended significant resources to locate anyone who might match the description of this person, to no avail.” But then committee staff expanded their request for officials to find all drone pilots and sensor operators who operated in the region that night — a search Hedger called “time-intensive,” to say the least.

To find this "drone pilot" they would have to send FBI agents into every basement in the U.S. where dwells the fervent Rethug radio listeners who are frantically redialing their Reich Wing heros with Cheetos dust encrusted fingertips.

John Boehner Thinks Ted Cruz Is ‘Lucifer’ And A ‘Miserable Son Of A Bitch’

The former House speaker sat down for an interview at Stanford University on Wednesday where he discussed his previous job and the 2016 election. When asked about his thoughts on the Texas senator vying for the GOP presidential nomination, Boehner made a face and let it fly.

“Lucifer in the flesh,” the former speaker said of Cruz, according to The Stanford Daily. “I have Democrat friends and Republican friends. I get along with almost everyone, but I have never worked with a more miserable son of a bitch in my life.”

For once, the Orange Man has smoking coming out of his ears, not his mouth.

John McCain’s fundraiser busted for a meth lab with LSD, coke, heroin and counterfeit cash

Sen. John McCain’s re-election fundraisers all list the same name as the RSVP contact, but that name also showed up as a person arrested during the bust of a meth lab Tuesday.

In Maricopa County, Arizona, sheriff’s deputies made arrests when they found an operational meth lab as well as other illicit drugs when they were carrying out a search warrant for the woman’s home. According to The Arizona Republic, the sheriff’s office identified Emily Pitha, 34, who is a former staffer of retired U.S. Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ). She also has worked most recently as a campaign fundraiser for McCain’s 2016 reelection.

I wonder if it was after partying with this fundraiser in 2008 that Palin got selected.

Christian lawyer says she’s taking Glock to Target ladies’ room: ‘It identifies as my bodyguard’

The president of theocratic law group The Liberty Council announced on the social medium Twitter that she plans to carry a gun with her to the women’s restroom at Target stores so that she can shoot anyone she thinks is transgender.

Blogger Joe My God wrote on Monday, “Liberty Counsel president Anita Staver declared Friday that she will be taking her Glock .45 handgun to Target as protection against assaults by transgender patrons.”

Not even as a former infantryman did I ever hear, "drop your socks and grab your Glocks." What a wingnut.

Rethugs Plead Mercy for Pedophile Hastert

http://www.salon.com/2016/04/25/republicans_rush_to_defend_dennis_hastert_plead_court_for_leniency_in_pedophile_hush_money_case/

A list of the names of people who wrote to support Hastert was made public in court Friday, complete with over 40 letters of support for Hastert from the likes of former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay and the head wresting coach of the University of Chicago. Hastert’s defense team said he had received more than 60 letters of support for Hastert in recent months, but nearly 20 writers did not want their letters made public or had requested their letters be “withdrawn” from consideration after disturbing details of Hastert’s pedophilia emerged. (The Chicago Tribune published all of the letters released, and they may be found here):

Hastert’s supporters included a handful of former national and state politicians as well as local leaders, board members, police officers and others from his home base in rural Kendall County.

“We all have our flaws, but Dennis Hastert has very few,” DeLay wrote in his defense of Hastert. “He is a good man that loves the Lord.”s

Wait, I thought Delay was one of those Rethugs trying to impeach Bill Clinton for his behavior. You can always count on Rethugs for their remarkable degree of hypocrisy, and their ducking behind the "Lord" when in trouble.

So a young man was ready

to go out on his first date with a girl from a very educated family. Knowing nothing he asked his older brother what to talk to her about. The older brother, having some knowledge of the family, said she will love to talk about three things: food, family, and philosophy. Armed with this knowledge the younger brother takes his new date out for dinner. That night the conversation:

Him: Well, do you like cabbage?

Her: No, not really.

Him: Do you have brother:

Her: No, I don't.

Him: Well, if you had a brother, would he like cabbage?

Gotta love philosophy, it will rescue you every time.

How would you handle it?

Riding the local rail system with my wife. A guy was sitting with his feet on the second seat when I boarded with my wife. When I arrived many of the older people in this area were trying to get this guy to remove his feet as the train was crowded. I asked him to remove his feet. He did. Then he proceeded to spit in the seat. People around were enraged and I got into it with him verbally and he asked if I wanted to fight him. I told him to shut the f... up which he did. I was very aware everything on the train was videotaped and knew that If I started something physical I would get hit with an assault/battery charge. Boy I wanted to.

I gave up about forty years to the guy. Didn't matter. He was disgusting.

Steve Kerr when asked if the team he coaches this year, Golden State, could beat

the 95-96 Bulls, the team he played for, after Golden State beat the Bulls record of 72 wins in the regular season.

He replied: We could beat them, and they could beat us.

Good answer.

Trump and Taxes--Ethical Problem

I would like to think tRump thinks about his taxes this way.

tRump after much consideration writes a letter to the IRS saying, "I have been unable to sleep knowing that I have cheated on my income tax. I have understated my taxable income and have enclosed a check for $150. If I still can't sleep, I will send the rest."
