No Vested Interest
No Vested Interest's JournalMike Wallace seems pretty hot about no Trump masks at that debate.
And with good reason, since Mike Wallace himself was potentially exposed.
He was seated in fairly close proximity to the whole Trump clan and their entourage.
I'm glad he continues to "give 'em hell."
Of course he tests negative. He respects science and exercises necessary precautions.
God bless you, my dear Shenmue.
Know that all of DU supports you and is pulling for the best outcome and shortest road to recovery.
I believe it was Warren County, outside of Cincinnati, that had a snafu of some type
on election night 2004, and closed down for several hours.
The problem was never really explained and and the mystery remains to this day, and to this day casts suspicion on the results of the 2004 election, especially as regards Ohio's vote total.
Perhaps the NYT has Columbus confused with Cincinnati in this instance, or believes Warren county is near Columbus. It's about 80 or 90 miles away.
... And they VOTE!!!!
The first prayer was written by Kerry Weber, an executive editor of America Magazine.
He titled it A Prayer Amid an Epidemic. I thought the prayer was beautiful and pertinent to our present everyday lives.
America is a publication of the Jesuits, published online daily with meaningful articles regarding religious and moral life in the United States.
I was privileged to be introduced to "America" about 67 years, in the later years of high school, where a subscription to that magazine was required as part of the religious curriculum. Today the magazine is still current and forward-looking in its content.
I congratulate the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese for sharing these meaningful words with their congregants and the larger audience of Christian believers.
(I note the address of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America on E. 79th St., NYC. Wouldn't be surprised if they are nearby the headquarters of America magazine.... Good neighbors.)
It's not that Republicans care or not care about this; it's that Democratic women voters
may care about this.
If it were me - democratic woman voter- I'd likely not vote for the Republican or the Democrat in this race.
John Roberts was also there front and center shaking hands with Sen. Lee and others.
Bad look, bad example, bad policy as Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court.
