I wish cemetery vandalism were limited to the Middle East.

Unfortunately, it's not at all uncommon across the US.

Not on anti-Christian grounds, of course, just bored or ignorant American youth, for the most part.
But the damage is real, and often, remains uncorrected.

Some people, and apparently some of these people, get so emotionally

involved in a cause, a situation, etc., that they lose all sense of proportion.

At least one of the men in Malheur seems to be ready to die for what is really nonsense.
He (or another one) sits under a tarpaulin, with a weapon concealed under a fabric, ready to shoot a US government agent , if one should approach him.

What kind of common sense is that?

"Gerrymandering her own district"? - Tough to do with a US Senate seat.

No problem, though.
She won't run, and she wouldn't be elected if she did.

Didn't Bristol Palin live there, during the period she was having

plastic surgery and trying to get in on the Hollywood life?

I thought at the time that Bristol had purchased the home.
Maybe she did and her Mama rescued it.

More info needed, if anyone's interested.
