No Vested Interest
No Vested Interest's JournalThank you, Justin, for your good wishes, and for the
beautiful music you so frequently provide us.
May you and your mother be well this holiday and throughout the New Year.
What is all this carrying on about - on Christmas Eve?!
I'm a relative newbie and have seen all this hullabaloo today.
Knock it off, please.
I can't spend my time and energy reading and speculating on such nonsense.
That's a new one to me. 16 years Catholic school and
I never heard of half-brothers before.
Not that it isn't plausible. It is believed that Joseph was a number of years older than Mary, and very well could have been widowed with children.
It is also believed that Joseph had died before Jesus' public life - it doesn't seem that he was present with Mary at the marriage at Cana - but who knows?
Francis wouldn't mind the Package too much, but that guy
below wouldn't bee too happy.
Nor Francis' dry cleaner, responsible for cleaning the white cassock.
I had never heard of Robertson until a few days ago
when all this hullabaloo erupted.
I've heard some speculation on TV this morning that the ruckus may have been started to bring attention to the TV show.
Who knows?
Who cares?
This is long overdue. nt
The 19 best pope Francis moments....

Write down one positive attribute on a post-it note, or several post-it notes.
Put the note(s) on your bathroom mirror and other places (in your room where you will see them regularly.
When you feel like it, change it/them out for another positive trait on post-it notes, in the same manner.
Good luck.
This is such a good idea you may be able to make a little money
buying cheap (10cents for two toys) and selling for a bit more -maybe $1.00,2.00, or 3.00 each.
You could go into business and sell online.
Perhaps in the DU marketplace. Sell in pkgs of 4, 5, or 6 to make the mailing worthwhile.
Half serious - if you don't do it, someone else will.
Only I don't know of anywhere else where a pair of jeans could be purchased for 10 cents.
Rest in peace, John Eisenhower. You were from a simpler time.
Hard to believe he was 91. His son, David Eisenhower, married Julie Nixon, IIRC, and that was a long time ago, too.
