Don, this move from the RNC lawyer is exactly the same as Stone's efforts

to use Mike Roman as a beard.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10028242875

The RNC legal people are trying to inoculate themselves and their flunky aides from violation of the consent decree. They're telling their people with a wink and a nod, go do every illegal thing possible, as a "volunteer". You're "not with us", and we're "not with you". And we're both "not with" drumpfenfuhrer's campaign, while we all coordinate our efforts together to get the exact same thing done.

Mike Roman is Roger Stone's Beard.

It's worth mentioning.

Some o.p.er here pointed to Stone saying that his agreement with the dRumpfenfuhrer campaign was accidentally mis-written, so he wasn't bound by it, as evidence that Stone is ready to rat out D rump to the feds. But it actually is a legal maneuver to claim he is not legally associated with the campaign, for the purposes of plausible deniability. If the agreement is mis written, it could have been purposefully mis written to give him free agent status.

The '82 Federal Consent Decree prohibits any agent or associate of the repugs from Election Protection efforts. Stone's uncertain and nebulous relationship with the d Rump campaign has already been noted. He was with them, then he wasn't really with them, then he makes moves for them, then he has nothing to do with them. Bullshit. He's with them, and has been with them the whole time. And Stone's actions in NJ in '81 are what caused the Consent Decree to be put in place.

Stone runs around with Bircher Jones, Bikers for Drump, Eternal Sentry, etc., rallying a goon squad, at a "not official" drump campaign RNC convention event. D rump openly says to all the rallies he wants his pinheads to come to our polls. He has campaign computer site sign ups for it.

Now, as drumpf campaign "rigged" cries ramp up, Stone is suddenly "out", and simultaneously we get this guy hooked into Rove and Breitbart and Fox/Ailes who is going to ''run'' EP efforts for drumpfenfuhrer. The goon/flunky followers, Jones, Stone, Bannon, Ailes, Rove, & Mike Roman are all on the same page, to help orange hitler. Plausible deniability, my ass. And where is Sproul's little org at, now?

In this state (PA), at least (rules may vary from state to state), some repug party officials are going to have to get his people certification, if they're going to come inside the polls to 'protect' the election. That ties the repug party into violation of the Consent Decree.

Stone is going to be touching base with both the campaign and rnc people for 'election protection'.

Roman is a beard.

To mix a couple of phrases, it's not "he said, she said",

it's "she said she said she said she said she said she said she said she said she said she said, and he said the same exact thing."

All 11 people said he molests women, including drumpfenfuhrer himself.

That shouldn't be too tough for pinhead drumpf fans to understand.

Mike Roman, not Roger Stone? Sad.

Incidentally, any of their creeps WITH official documentation from repug officials, or who use any repug facilities or support, or use repug phone or computer equipment for support, or use any assets from the repugs to assist them -- just by having those documented credentials and misbehaving, they will be in violation of the '82 Federal Consent Decree. Unless they can produce papers with prior court consent, which will have to come from a repug judge, who then will themselves be in violation of the '82 Consent Decree.

WITHOUT official documentation, drumpf poll watchers are acting with no legal authority, they can't even go inside the polls, and will very easily run afoul of the law in a bunch of different ways. They obviously shouldn't believe dRumpfenfuhrer's statements that he'll "pay their legal fees", for the obvious reasons that dRump always lies, always scams, always stiffs employees, always breaks contracts, always weasels out of financial obligations, always blames underlings for his crimes and failures, and always fails to donate to charities he brags about giving to.

But the ones with legal papers are not just looking at charges for any illegal acts they themselves undertake at any polls, they'll also wind up getting the Consent Decree, due to expire in '17, extended yet again.

Yeah, some of their geeks have been pushing that garbagio for quite a while.

They're not real swift in their "inventing catchy phraseology" skills. And they're not real swift, period.

Things that they find to be "witty" or "stirring", normal people find stupid or confusing.

That's why propagandic "art" always sucks. The "artists" are people who lack any of the human motivators that makes true art great and deeply appealing. Rightie propagandists have no humor, no intelligence, no human warmth, no deep values or lofty goals, no kindness or good interpersonal relationships, no positive emotions of any kind, no knowledge of history or science or how the world works or is today. Then they try to sum up their viewpoints with some great and catchy phrase, rallying cry, battlecry, song, artistic statement, artistic expression. And it just winds up being stupid and suck-y. They don't have any of the traits that engender the sensibilities needed to create and relay appealing messages.

Here's a helpful hint to the nazi dimwits: when your entire movement can only actually be defended, in debate, by saying "Shut up or I'll pound you. I have a gun.", that movement is bound to get its clock cleaned by all actual freedom loving Americans.

You losers don't have your 10%. So there.

October 18, 2016

Where'd you look?

My definition of it is, when some nazi repug starts out yelling "RaHoWa!" as a battle cry, then midway through commences to blubber about how unfair and mean the rest of the world is being to them. That's where the "Wahhhh!' part comes in.

I think that both have blackmailable payola from dRumfie in their backgrounds.

Both also have wiseguy connections. Christie got confused and thought he was higher in the pecking order than drumpfie in terms of who could blackmail who, with their mutual skievy relationship. The wiseguys above them straightened that confusion out. Roy Cohn's acolyte 'trumps' whatever clout G & C have with the wiseguys they serve.

G was definitely targeting select crime figures, not wiping out NY O.C. I recall his hand picked police chief pal, and choice to run the US's Dept. of Homeland Security, had some legal troubles, of a specific nature:

"On June 30, 2006, after an 18-month long grand jury investigation conducted by the Bronx District Attorney's Office, Kerik pleaded guilty in Bronx Supreme Court to two ethics violations (unclassified misdemeanors). Kerik acknowledged that he failed to document a personal loan on his annual New York City conflict-of-interest report (a violation of the New York City administrative code) and accepted a gift from a New Jersey construction firm attempting to do business with the city (a violation of the New York City Charter). He was ordered to pay $221,000 in fines after the 10-minute hearing.

On November 8, 2007, in White Plains, New York, Kerik was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of tax fraud, and making false statements. Prosecutors accused Kerik of receiving about $255,000 in discounted apartment renovations to his Bronx apartment from a company seeking to do business with the city of New York.[25] The indictment also charged that Kerik made false statements to the White House during a background investigation for a committee position with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security relating to his children's nanny. Some of the New York charges were dropped in December 2008, after which he was re-indicted in Washington, D.C. on the same charges.[26]

On November 5, 2009, Kerik pleaded guilty to eight felony tax and false statement charges,[27] and was sentenced to forty-eight months in federal prison and three years supervised release (probation)...He was discharged from federal custody on October 15, 2013, after serving five months home confinement, and his supervised release will conclude in October 2016. "

I think his 3 year probation is up TODAY. How timely.
