LFR's New Year's Resolution.

I have been "going" high, as Mrs. Obama would say ,for around 10 years.
No longer.

2017 will be (for me) the year of the B****.

No longer will I try to be civil with rethugs. No longer keeping a soft demeanor. I am going back a few years.

For those that remember the early years of DU, I was in Collage and a militant Yellow Dog, Liberal Democrat. But, some due to wiser members, I did learn to mellow out some.

But now, with the rethugs electing a monster, no longer can I stay mellow.

LFR will be going back to her roots. Oh, I'll remember the lessons that I have learned from other members, but that sharp edge is coming back, with a vengeance.

My voice will be loud and proud, off and on the internet. Will be involved more with the social movement. And rethugs will be in my diet for eating and spiting out.

This song hits home for me. For me it is as if this song was written for these dark times.

I think bushy was a boot camp for me and now is time to saddle up. We Dems need to fight. Not only for ourselves, not just for the U.S, but for the world.

This person that should never be in the position he is in . He is a threat to the world.

Many will say I'm over reacting. I say , I will remember you said that

And he has the best conflict of interest, believe him.

Been hearing rethugs saying not supporting tRump is unpatriotic?

Remind them what Theodore Roosevelt said:

Patriotism means to stand by the country. It does not mean to stand by the president or any other public official, save exactly to the degree in which he himself stands by the country. It is patriotic to support him insofar as he efficiently serves the country. It is unpatriotic not to oppose him to the exact extent that by inefficiency or otherwise he fails in his duty to stand by the country. Is it just me or.....

Does it feel like we are watching a group of thugs beat the hell out of our Ladies Liberty and Justice.And, at this point, we are watching this through a glass wall with no way in to stop it.

I feel sick to my stomach. I am having anxiety attacks like crazy. I see things about what is going down now and....

My beloved Constitution and Bill of Rights are in real danger. And the Powers That Be are letting it happen.

I feel like I got my copy of them in time before it is against the law to read it or see it.

Lady Freedom has Returned

Shaken up. In disbelief, but back.

What I saw election night had nothing to do with politics, but marketing. With the map, realizing what was the same for those areas, it was not anything to do with party or right/left.

As the results came in, the pieces came together. His marketing, and yes it was pure marketing, team has been working on this for a good 10 years, at lest .

The birther thing was just a dress rehearsal. They wanted to see how such a message would do. And the results were to their liking.

They must have spent mutable fortunes for polling of all kinds. It was do to all this prep that they didn't need to spend so much on ads.

Many will say it was all the news coverage that is the reason for it. But thanks to all the research done, they knew how to entice the news.

It was a dark, perfectly launched, marketing project.

Now, the fight to salvage Americas reputation, and spirit has begun.

There are parties here in Tucson tonight, Dem. parties.

And I am going to about four of them.
So if I am not here tonight, I am to busy . PARTY!
And if I am, I may be drunk.
