Things are rough on us all!

I know for me it's trying to get stuff done for the government agencies in the time they want stuff done because the Covid rules are blocking me in many ways. It's their rules but they say it's not a excuse. But they make me wait, doesn't hurt them.

Also getting out and about. Bus drivers get upset that they have to open the front door for me because of my walker. They make me feel like I need to apologise for being disabled.

Oh, and then there is those that just won't keep a 6 foot distance. Not in stores, not anywhere. If their not going to wear a mask, they can at least stay away from people!


I know that we all are having issues and I'm not alone in this. But at times I feel so alone. It's like so much of the world can't seem to understand how hard they making it on others.

Why can't other people and the government understand?

Yeah I'm feeling really down and alone right now. Just hoping that others out there knows what I'm feeling I guess...

This thing with slow mail is getting worse!

SS sent out paperwork for my telephone hearing weeks ago, according to the stamp. And it just got delivered to me today! And my lawyer hasn't got there copy. The hearing is on the 9th!

This is unacceptable! What can possibly be the holdup now? The holidays are over!

Update on my coffee today.

Looks like a there's now a barbeque lunch next. He is going to sign up to use the complexes barbeque area and he's doing the cooking.

Asked him what I should bring and he said nothing. He said that when he asked a lady to lunch or dinner he pays and in this case cook.

Something is going on in DC!

I checked with Green Dot and they are trying to make sure people have their cards. They are expecting the next stimulus soon. Even my brother's bank sent him a text to make sure to contact the bank if his card is lost.

I know the President is ready to move forward with or without the republicans. How fast can it go through now, I don't know. But the banks seem to think fast.

Is anyone else getting messages like this from their bank? Is there some sort of news about the stimulus that I've missed?

Man, I wish I had the money to join into the fun right now. Read some tweets saying that they are blocking people from taking on Reddit to stop them from doing this again. Is that true? I hope not. I don't really do readit but I would love to follow the conversation!

My take of Biden's first week..

I've been at ease even with the stress of Covid. Knowing that an adult is handling the government has been a relaxing change. So has not having to watch the news like I did before is a relief as well.
