ZonkerHarris's JournalIf Trump resigns, the GOP and Pence will act worse, not better.
I've seen some posts saying the GOP would be chastised for what they have done, and turn into lame ducks.
Nope.
After Watergate the GOP went nuts.
A kind of Bat shit crazy that keeps growing to this day.
They blamed the media.
They blamed the Democrats for a witch hunt.
They did everything except take responsibility for what Nixon and the rest actually did.
Then the GOP dove deep into the Moral Majority and decided that labeling ALL government as bad would be the way to cover up the fact that the Republicans were the ones who created the biggest Presidential scandal in our history.
Do not look for accountability or remorse for their mistakes after this is all over.
That's not hope the GOP works.
They will be vindictive instead.
They will gut Medicare and Social Security.
They will drop all taxes on the 1%.
Anything they can do to fuck average Americans will be done, faster and meaner than right now.
When you take McMaster out of his fancy uniform and put him in a ill-fitting suit he reminds me of
Mafia Don John Gotti's lawyer back in the day.

McMaster loses a lot of his credibility and authority without the uniform.
Just another talking head suit now.
"NBC clearly views Kelly as a prominent new personality for its news division, as illustrated by her
joining some of their most prominent anchors on the upfronts stage and, it must be said, not a single representative from MSNBC."
Theres never been a more exciting time to be a journalist, NBC News anchor Lester Holt declared to kick off the NBC News portion of the presentation, to some dry laughs. The ensuing sizzle reel dramatically set to Sias Breathe Me contained clips from throughout NBCs 2016 election coverage, from Rachel Maddow making grim declarations on MSNBC to the Today show determinedly grinning and bearing the chaos. Holt was then joined onstage by Today hosts Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie, who in turn introduced Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd, before finally Fox News expat Megyn Kelly strode onstage.
I'm here, she beamed to scattered applause. I'm psyched."

Just so you know where MSNBC and their audience rates with NBC overall.
At least Will & Grace is back....
Some day we will laugh, look back at this, and ask ourselves "What were we so worried about?"...
...in Russian.
Our new FBI Director will probably be a set of Russian nesting dolls...
Since nepotism rules in his world, Trump will just name a relative of Vladimir Putin to the post.
Or maybe Tiffany finally gets her big chance!
Fuck it, just tell Jared to take care of it.
Will Mitch McConnell cheat/change the rules to pass the ACHA in the Senate?
Like he did to get a new SCOTUS justice placed on the court?
Yes
No
Unsure?
Trump is ready to sign the ACHA bill after it passes the House. I don't think he understands
the Senate gets it now.
He's taking a full victory lap on Twitter already with his cell phone phone in one hand and a Sharpie to sign the bill in the other.
Nancy Pelosi is right. The Targets on the backs of GOP reps voting for Trumpcare will glow
in the dark.
As more info comes out on their bill and the CBO score will eventually be released, they will regret this vote more than any other they ever made before.
Now it's up to us to make them pay for it at the ballot box in 2018.
Messaging and marketing on this issue will be vital in the 2018 mid terms.
