Those who consider themselves the true left(pure) want to work with Trump?

Personally, I consider myself left. I believe in single payer, income equality, civil rights,student loan reform , no more wars etc. However, I supported Hillary Clinton and am a hardcore Democrat.I vote for Democrats every election. I am boots on the ground. The Democratic Party has provided us with real progressive accomplishments. Those who want to purge Hillary supporters as third way or DLC... whatever. They have never won anything. In fact, there have been massive losses (McGovern) and spoiled elections (2000,2004 and 2016). I don't understand why such folks always fight Democrats but never Republicans. The Republican Party is the enemy, not the Democrat Party. Fight them with everything you have. Our children and grandchildren are counting on us. There can be no cooperation with true evil.

Back from GOTV the vote in Ohio

Went well...we are up one maybe or tied or Trump is up 1...we are close. If any of you live in Ohio and you know folks who have not voted please try to get them to the polls my 'boss' (volunteer) told me that just 4 extra votes per precinct would put Hillary over the top. Ohio is competitive but it is not out of play for Democrats. We were told that internals show this...let's get this for Hillary.

Just finished canvassing in Trumbull Country Ohio-awesome experience.

It went really well. Honestly, better than 2012. People were enthusiastic...only one person said he was not for Hillary but not voting for Trump either...started early in the afternoon and just finished. I am feeling better about Ohio after this. I had been ill earlier in the campaign and then my son got married so I have done more phone calling than canvassing...it was great. People were enthusiastic about Hillary and had heard about the FBI trying to elect Trump which surprised me. I was a great day...met some nice people and some darling dogs! Like I said it was way tougher in 12...was yelled at etc. Several people yelled out the car window and said ' thanks keep up the good work'. That has never happened before. Others thanked me for doing this after I knocked on their doors. No one complained and everyone was nice. They told me someone comes through and steals their Hillary signs every time they put them out...not a Hillary sign anywhere...deplorables. I am still worried about Ohio... and thankfully there are other paths...but after today...hey I am cautiously optimistic.

So why is 538 ( and some others) so different this year...Obama had less of a lead than Clinton has now ...91 % chance of winning according to 538...now 538 shows under 70% chance for Clinton who has a bigger lead, why? I predict over 300 electoral votes for Hillary.
