IGot into a screaming match with bluedogs in GD last night over this. It cost me two hidden posts, I had to go get stitches. 
I believe this bill was aimed squarely at the Occupy movement. I also believe it is the banner of a full fledged police state. Bad idea to get into it on a thread that is already swarmed with the usual Occupy haters. Ouch.
